Step-By-Step Guide
- Navigate to the Dashboard
- Choose either the New Packing button or the Record Packing option from the Packing drop-down menu.
- Enter the Packing Date, Lot and Lot No. and Packing Products
- Select one or more Packing Products you wish to pack. This selection will limit the available products to pack when creating pallets. You can also ignore this option to pack any type of product. However, ignoring this option will not allow you to record GAP details in the next section. To add new product products see How to Add a Product.
- Optionally enter a Packing Location.Click Next to advance to Event Inputs and choose from the available harvested product (if any) and click Next
- If you are packing to order you can select a transaction by clicking the Add Transaction button in the transaction section. To add new transactions see How to Add a Transaction.
- Click Next to advance to Ad-hoc Inputs and choose areas (if any) you plan to pack directly fromthe Confirm step.
- Here you can enter the Wax Lot No. and confirm the Packing Checked for Cleanliness for GAP recording purposes. If this table is empty click the Back button and enter one or more Packing Products, then click Next.
- Click Next to advance to the Confirm section and enter any additional packing or production practice details as needed.
- Click Save to record the pack event set-up.
