Step-By-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard

  2. Choose either the New Packing button or the Record Packing option from the Packing drop-down menu.

  3. Enter the Packing Date and Lot No. 

  4. Select one or more Packing Products you wish to pack. This selection will limit the available products to pack when creating pallets. You can also ignore this option to pack any type of product. However, ignoring this option will not allow you to record GAP details in the next section. To add new products see How to Add a Product.

  5. Optionally enter a Packing Location.

  6. If you are packing to order you can select a transaction by clicking the Add Transaction button in the transaction section. To add new transactions see How to Add a Transaction.

  7. Click Next to advance to the Confirm step.

  8. Here you can enter the Wax Lot No. and confirm the Packing Checked for Cleanliness for GAP recording purposes. If this table is empty click the Back button and enter one or more Packing Products, then click Next.

  9. Enter a Responsible Person contact and select Responsible Person Assessed Site for more GAP records.

  10. Optionally enter and Comments or Notes.

  11. Click Save.
