This document will go over how to filter and run the HQV Volume Lot Report.
This report groups scans by lot code and harvest location, and shows the percentage of fruit by volume in cubic millimetre bands.
To run this report, you need the Harvest Quality Vision Advances Reporting Module.

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘HQV Volume Lot Report

 

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range. Transactions with HQV scan data linked within the date range will appear.

  • Size Band: Select the size band range that is most applicable to the crop type you are filtering for.

  • Variety: Filter for any varieties you wish to isolate.

5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

Report Columns:

  • Lot Code: the lot code associated with the event

  • Area: The Block/Growing Area the inventory belongs to

  • % Volume: columns under % Volume will generate based on the Size Band filter selected and the what size fruit was detected in the scan. The percentages are generates by calculates the sphere volume of each given size range.

NOTE: For an illustration of how this report differs from a size percentage break down, compare results with the ‘Harvest Quality Vision: Metric Size by Lot Report’ filtered for the same size range. Larger size bands will have a larger volume percentage in this report. The goal of the report is help determine an approximate ratio of large sized packed fruit versus small size packed fruit.
