This document explains the function of and difference between ‘Reset App’ and ‘Reset Download Progress’ processes on the Croptracker app.

To access both functions, swipe right on the main app screen to open the side menu.

Reset Download Progress:

Resetting the download progress is a way to trigger a sync reset without resetting the whole app. Unsaved data on the app will not be lost however any changes made on the browser side of Croptracker since the last sync will be pulled down to the app. This is a useful first step if there is data you are expecting to see missing from the app.

Reset App:

Resetting the app is similar to uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Any unsaved changes will be lost by resetting the app.
