This article will explain where to access and how to run and filter the Employee Absent Report. It will list any employee without an active work log within the given date range.
This report requires the punch clock module to run. For more information on accessing the punch clock module in your Croptracker account, contact support@croptracker.com.

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

2. On the Reports page, select Employee Absent Report

3. Filter the report as for needed Date Range and Employee Status as needed. Hit Apply to generate report. *Note: to exclude archived and deleted employees, select ‘Active’ under the Employee Status filter. See screenshot below:

The report will generate a list of any employee without an active work log within the given date range. It will show the employee and name their employee number (if one was assigned). See screenshot below:
