This article explains how to sync masters created on your mobile device that have not yet been uploaded to the Croptracker server.

If the number of masters on your pallet is lower than expected, it’s possible they have not sycned with the server yet. For example, on this screen we see none of the masters have synced and is showing 0 Units even though 6 units were scanned using this device. This might have been caused by loss of internet connection.
To sync the masters, click the dropdown menu in the upper left corner and select Sync Masters. Then open the dropdown menu again and select Refresh. The number of units should reflect correctly in the list.
Repeat these steps for all mobile devices that do not show the correct number of Units for the pallets.
