To ship raw/harvest inventory you must already have available inventory in your account. Available inventory is any previously harvested or received units that have not already been shipped. To create available inventory see How to Record a Harvest and How to Receive Harvest Inventory for more information.

You will also need a shipping event. See How to Record Shipping for more information.

Step-By-Step Guide

  1. Create or select an existing shipping event.

  2. Scroll down to the section labelled Available, here you will find available inventory from previous harvest events.

  3. Use the filters to find inventory more easily if needed

  4. Select the items of raw/harvested inventory you would like to ship.

  5. Click the Load Selected (x) button to load the selected items on to the truck. You can also click the 3 vertical dots next to each item and select Load Inventory to load items individually.

  6. If you make a mistake, you may unload items from a truck by selecting the items you wish to unload and clicking the Unload Selected (x) button. You can also click the 3 vertical dots next to each item and select Unload Inventory to unload items individually.

  7. Optionally you may add a transaction to your shipping event.

  8. Once you have loaded all the items you would like to ship click the Save and Ship Load button in the top right of the page.

  9. The items that were loaded on this truck are now marked as Shipped. To modify or cancel the shipment click the Cancel Shipment button in the top right of the page.

  10. You can also print a waybill and shipping receipt by selecting the Print Waybill button at the top right of the page.
