This article describes the use of the Event Status field when adding or editing a Spray Event or a Harvest Event, or recording a Production Practice.

When creating or editing a Harvest or Spray event, you may optionally assign this event a Title, an Event Status, and assign it to one of your pre-made Categories.

Let's take a look at some of these status in detail:

Deleted:

To delete the event, select Deleted and it will be removed.

Archived:

Archiving an event is another way to keep your events organized when accessing your dashboard on the mobile version.

Select Archived under Event Status and your event will no longer appear when viewing your dashboard from the Croptracker App. This event will still be available for review through the desktop site.

Active, Confirmed and Published

These statuses can be used to set permissions for your users depending on their role group. Users will only be able to view events with statuses included in their Approved Statuses. For more information about creating Role Groups see How to add new Role Groups.
