This document will go over how to filter and run the

REPORT NAME.

To run this report, you need the XXX module(s)

Size By Lot Report.

Use this report first when starting to use HQV. This report searches for vision captures that satisfy the filters below, groups the captures by lot code and location, then calculates the percentage of fruit detected in each 1/4" size band.

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:*insert screenshot of report filters and report description*

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range. Transactions with HQV scan data linked within the date range will appear

  • Variety: Optionally select the variety or varieties you would like to display in the report.

  • Filter Block(s): Optionally select the growing areas you would like to display in the report.

Report Columns:

  • First Scan Date: Shows the date of the transactionthe first scan in the lot was taken.

  • Last Scan Date: Shows the date the last scan in the lot was taken.

  • Farm: The  The Farm the inventory these scans belongs to.

  • BlockArea: The Block/Row this inventory/scan belongs toRow: The Row this inventory belongs to.

  • Variety: The variety contained in the given lot.

  • Lot code: The lot code entered into the Harvest Quality Vision event.  If inventory was recorded and scanned through the Harvest module it will instead contain the event tracking code.

  • Tracking Code: The individual inventory tracking codes associated with the harvested lot.

  • Size %: The percentage breakdown of all fruit detected in 1/4 inch increments.
