Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range. Transactions with HQV scan data linked within the date range will appear.

5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:*insert screenshot example of report *

Report Columns:

  • DateFarm: the date of the transaction

  • Farm: The Farm the inventory belongs to

  • Block: The Block this inventory belongs to

  • Row: The Row this inventory belongs toThe Farm of the total cost

  • Activity: The Activity of the total cost

  • Total Hours: The number of Hours for a given activity in a given farm

  • Total Cost: The total cost of the activity hours calculated from worklog hours and hourly pay set in the pay schedules

  • Growing Area: The total area for the listed farm

  • Area Unit: The unit of the growing area, can be Acres or Hectares
