This article will explain how to access and view completed Inspection Templates used in Quality Control events. For more information on adding the Quality Control module to your account to access this feature, contact support@croptracker.com. |
Step by Step Instructions
1. Login to your Croptracker account.
2. From the Dashboard, find the relevant Quality Control event. You can search using the filter bar or filter for Quality Control events using the table of the left side of the screen. See screenshots below

3. Click the blue ‘View’ button in the actions column of the event you wish to see. See screenshot below

to view the complete inspection template, scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘view’ in the action column of the relevant template (note* more than one inspection can be attached to a single quality control event)

Quality Control event at the top and the information about any attached Inspections attached the event below. *Note: If there is more than one Inspection attached to the event they will all be listed in the ‘Inspections’ section. See screenshot below
5. To see a filled out Inspection Template, click the blue ‘View' button in the actions column. See screenshots below
6. Inspections will be displayed with information about the Template and time of the Inspection up top. See screenshot below
7. Information about the Inventory this inspection is attached to (if applicable) will be displayed next. See screenshot below
8. Each Spec Group will be displayed in a separate section. See screenshot below
*Note: clicking on any ‘Photo’ Spec Type will download an image file of the photo taken in the app.
