This document contains a how-to step by step guide on how to create a work schedule which can be attached to a work crew. To learn more about creating a work crew, see How to Create Work Crews and How to Assign Employees to Work Crews. You will need the Punch Clock module to access this feature.

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Navigate to Punch Clock → Work Schedules

  2. Select the blue Add Work Schedule button on the right-hand side of the page

  3. Enter a name and description for your work schedule, as well as the year and months it will apply to

  1. On the calendar view, click to select a start time, and again at the end time to create a scheduled block

  2. Click on the block you just created to edit it, and optionally add a Schedule Type, such as "work" or "paid break"

  3. Click the Save button in the top right corner and select the start date, and the work crews you would like to assign this schedule to

  4. Click Save and Apply to apply this schedule to the selected crews
