This document contains a how-to step-by-step guide on How to Bulk Edit Pieces & Piece Rates. You will need the Production Practice module to access this feature.

 📘 Instructions

  1. From the Dashboard, click on the Growing drop-down menu and select Pieces.

  2. You will be brought to the Pieces page and here you will be able to see all the pieces attached to employee worklogs.

    1. You will be able to use the filters at the top of the page to filter by Date, Block, Employee, Workcrew, and Piece Rates. Click apply when you have entered the criteria you want to filter by.

  3. To bulk-edit pieces click the first checkbox in the table and that will select all of the pieces in the table or select the checkboxes next to the pieces you would like to change/update.

  1. Once you have identified the pieces you would like to update click on Adjust Selected if you would like to delete the selected pieces click on Delete Selected.

  2. Adjust Selected: A pop-up will appear with options that you can change.


    Check off the boxes you would like to change. Once you have checked them off they turn from grey to white indicating that you can change what is in the field.

Once you are satisfied with the changes click on Adjust.

Delete Selected: A pop-up will appear with a warning and the selected pieces. Click on Delete when you are sure that those are the pieces you would like to delete.
