3. On the Reports page, select ‘REPORT NAME’

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See the screenshot and filter explanations below:*insert screenshot of report filters and report description*

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range. Transactions with HQV scan data linked within the date range will appear.

  • Product: Filters the report for a selected product

  • Style: Filters the report for the selectedstyle

  • Employees: Filters the report for the selected employees

  • Master Scan Code(s): Filters the report by the master scans codes provided (Use commas to write multiple scans codes)

5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:*insert screenshot example of report *

Report Columns:

  • Scan Code: The code attached to the Master generated in the field pack event.

  • Date Packed: the date of the transaction

  • Farm: The Farm the inventory belongs to

  • Block: The Block this inventory belongs to

  • Row: The Row this inventory belongs to The date the product was packed

  • Event: The event number that is attached to the product packed

  • Employee: The employee who processed the product

  • Block: The block that the product came from

  • Payout: The payout of the product

  • Product: The product that was packed

  • Pack Style: The way the product was packed
