  1. You will want to have a Spray Event already made.

  2. Head to the Punch Clock drop-down menu and select Punch Clock Admin.

    1. Once there you will press on the + Add Worklog in the top right

  3. You will be in the Add Employee Work Log screen.

    1. You will select the employee(s) from the drop-down menu under Employee.

    2. Next, you will select if the work log is OPEN or Not.

    3. Next, you will input a Start Date and End Date (if an OPEN work log leave it blank)

    4. Next, you can select any Equipment used, the Activity that was performed, the Spray Event you created, and if the employee was a part of a Work Crew (If they already have a work crew you can leave it blank) and any Comments you have.

    5. Next, you can select the Block the employee(s) was in, the Status of the work log and optionally you can select a Category.

      Note: If an employee already has a Pay Schedule attached to them you DO NOT need to select a Pay Schedule.

  4. Lastly, press Save and you will be brought back to the Punch Clock Admin screen and you will see the work log in the table.


    If you need to edit anything in that work log press the Edit button and it will bring you back into the work log.
