1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range. Transactions with HQV scan data linked within the date range will appear.

  • Crop Type: Shows inventory for only the selected crop type

  • Variety: Shows inventory for only the selected variety

  • Select Area: Allows filtering by farm/block/row

  • Rooms: Shows inventory stored in the selected rooms

5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

Report Columns:

  • RoomArea: the room block or row of the stored inventory is stored in

  • Harvest TagRooms:the inventory’s tag code

  • Date Stored: the date the inventory was put into storage

  • Crop: the crop type of the inventory

  • Variety: the variety type of the inventory

  • Origin: The location the inventory came from (this can be a row or block)

  • Code: The inventory’s scan/tracking code

  • Volume the rooms the inventories are stored in

  • Tags: the tags of the inventories

  • Crops: the crops of the inventories

  • Varieties: the varieties of the inventories

  • Volume Amount: the amount of inventory on hand

  • Unit (Volume): the container type of the inventory

  • Weight Amount: the weight of inventory on hand

  • Unit (Weight): the unit used to measure the inventory’s weight

  • Codes: the tracking codes of the inventories
