QZ Tray

QZ Tray is a background application required for printing RFID labels.

Step-By-Step Guide

1. Download QZ Tray here: https://qz.io/download/
2. Install QZ Tray on the computer connected to the printer (or on the same network as a network attached printer).
3. Start QZ Tray. Confirm QZ Tray is running in the background. If you are having issues running QZ Tray try updating your version of Java.
4. Try printing a ZPL pallet label. If QZ Tray is working a popup asking which printer to select will be displayed. Clicking the Print button automatically sends the label to your printer.
