This document contains a list of employee statuses that can be assigned to employees. You will need the Punch Clock module to access this feature.

Employee statuses can be used to filter and hide employees in reports and the Punch Clock.
Status | Description |
|---|---|
Active | Employee will appear in Punch Clock and reports |
Archived | Employee is hidden from Punch Clock but worklogs still appear in reports |
Deleted | Employee is hidden from Punch Clock and worklogs do not appear in reports |
By default, the employee list does not show deleted employees. You can still access archived and deleted employees by including Archived and/or Deleted in the search filters.
