How to Record Field Packing for Web

From the Dashboard click the button New Field Pack or select the Record Field Pack option from the Packing drop-down menu.

In the Details section enter the Packing Date and Lot Code

Select one or more Packing Products you wish to pack. This selection will shortlist the available products to pack when creating pallets.

• You can also ignore this option to pack any type of product. However, ignoring this option will not allow you to record GAP details in the next section. To add new products see How to Add a Product.

Click Next to advance to the Where step

Here you can select which blocks you'll be field packing from. This selection will shortlist the available blocks when creating masters

• If you have not added any blocks, see How to Add Your Maps

Click Next to advance to the Confirm step.

Here you can enter the Wax Lot No. and confirm the Packing Checked for Cleanliness for GAP recording purposes.

• If this table is empty go back to the Details step and enter one or more Packing Products.

Enter a Responsible Person contact and select Responsible Person Assessed Site for more GAP records.

Optionally enter and Comments or Notes.

Click Save to continue to the Pallets and Masters screen.

After creating a field pack event, you'll be redirected to the Pallets and Masters screen. 

• You can also access this screen from the Dashboard by clicking the dropdown arrow next to a field pack event and selecting the Pallets option.

Click the + Add Pallets button near the top right of the screen.

Fill out the fields in the pallet dialog that appears, then click Save. A new pallet with 0 units is created and now visible on the screen.

To add units (masters) to the pallet, click the + Add Masters button next to the corresponding pallet.

Fill out the fields in the pallet dialog that appears, then click Save. 

• The Product field defaults to the product of the pallet, but can be changed to one of your shortlisted product if desired.

• The Pack Style describes the container packaging for the product.

• The Block field is shortlisted to the blocks selected when setting up the field pack event.

• The max Number of Masters that can be created in a single transaction is 100.

• The Picker field is optional. To learn how to add employees, see How to Add Employees.

Once the masters are added to the pallet you can make adjustments by checking the boxes next to specific masters, then clicking Adjust Selected

In the Adjust Masters popup you can select different fields in order to change the data on the selected masters

• Block - Change the origin block of the master

• Picker - Change the employee who packed the master

• Payout - Change the payout for the master

• Master Style - Change the pack style for the master
