Items in storage that don't appear available to packing input queue

This troubleshooting guide describes possible solutions when harvest inventory in storage does not appear available to pack.

Problem

When trying to pack items from storage, or recently harvested, the units do not appear in the "Available" section of the packing input queue. For more information on setting up the packing input queue, see How to Add Packing Inputs - Packing Input Queue.

Solution

From the Packing Input Queue screen click on the Flush All Queues button at the top of the Queued section.  This will clear any other packing event queues which the units may have been queued into.

If a harvested unit is queued in another packing event, it is not available to be queued into other packing events. This means that if at the end of one packing event, if you do not un-queue the remaining units, they will be unavailable for future packing events.

  1. Navigate to any packing event, and continue to the Packing Input Queue.
  2. Use the Flush All Queues button from the top of the Packing Input Queue screen to free up all inventory queued in all current and previous packing events.
