The report can be accessed from the Reports section in Croptracker. Click Paylocity Payroll to run the report.
In order to export employee worklog data from Croptracker as a CSV file that can be imported into Paylocity, the report must first display one or more rows of compatible worklogs when the report is run. Use the Date Range filter in the filters on the left to set the appropriate range and then click Apply.
Once the table is displaying the desired worklogs. Click the CSV button on the left side to export the file.
Open the CSV file in Excel to ensure the data is formatted correctly.
There will not be any column headers so the order is important. The column order for importing should be: Employee Number, Date, Det, DetCode, Hours, End Date, Employee Name (optional).
