After creating a harvest input, you'll have the option to assign a piece rate to it. This setting will be retained across all subsequent harvest inputs, so you won't need to change it unless you want to use a different piece rate.

To remove a piece rate, simply click on the field and deselect it in the most recent harvest input. Note that piece rates are picked from the most recent harvest input, so removing it from an earlier input will not affect new harvest inputs. From then on, any new harvest inputs you create will not include a piece rate, but only if you remove the piece rate from the most recent bin.
