Map Details Report (DRAFT)

This document will go over how to access and understand the Map Details Report.

This report shows a detailed breakdown of all your organizations Field Map. To run this report, you need the Farm Manager module and to have set up your Field Maps.

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

 

2. Navigate to the Field Map by clicking the Farm Manager drop-down in the top right corner of the page. Then select the Field Map menu item.   

3. On the Field Map page, select ‘Map Details Report’ in the top left corner

5. The report will generate and can be exported in a variety of methods using the button in the top right of the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

 

Report Columns:


Note: Most of these columns are not mandatory entries when adding blocks in Croptracker and will only populate if you have added the information in your Fields Maps. Some fields may not be relevant to your Crop type and can be ignored.

 

  • Loacation ID: Unique Croptracker generated code tied to this location

  • Name: The locations name

  • Parent Locations(s): The name of the parent location

  • Type: The type of location e.g. Farm, Block, Row

  • Date: The date a block or row was planted

  • Crop Type: The Type of crop planted at this location

  • Variety: The variety of crop type planted at this location

  • Area: The size of the location

  • Area Unit: The unit of measurement used for the area

  • Row Count: The row count

  • Row Spacing: The spacing of the rows

  • Row Spacing Unit: The unit of measurement used in row spacing

  • Plant Count: The number of planted crops at this location

  • Plant Spacing: The spacing of planted crops at this location

  • Plant Spacing The unit of measurement used in plant spacing

  • Rootstock: The rootstock source/type for the plant

  • Parent Location ID: The block/farm above the location in the organization tree

  • Created Date: The date the location was created

  • Updated Date: The date the location was last updated

  • Disabled Date: The date the location was disabled

  • Previous Planting ID: Previous plan identifiers if transplantes

  • Nursery: Nursery source of the plant

  • Budwood: Budwood type of the plant

  • Tile Spacing: Spacing of tiles in growing system

  • Training System: Type of plant growth training system

  • Row Orientation: The direction of the rows

  • Netting: Type or netting used

  • Trellis: Type of trellis used

  • Label: Additional Crop type label to be used as needed

  • Export Code: The code foe exporting the crop in the location

  • Bed Count: The number of beds at this location

  • Bed Width: The width of beds at this location

  • Bed Width Unit: The unit of measurement used in Bed width

  • Plant Lines: The number of plant lines at this location

  • Planting Method: The method used to plant tat this location

  • Next Planting Date: Date of next planting at this location

  • Wet Date: The day of first watering the planted crop

  • Production Site: The name of the production site for this location

  • Management Area: The name of the management area for this location

  • Tree Canopy Width: The tree canopy width at this location

  • Tree Canopy Height: The tree canopy height at this location

  • Target Fruit Count Per Tree: Target fruit count per tree at this location

  • Notes: Notes on the location

  • Categories: Categories associated with this location

  • Audit ID: ID number for Croptracker internal us
