How to Record Work Logs Against Spray Events (Mobile)

This document contains a step-by-step how-to guide on how to record work logs against spray events on the mobile app.

You will need the Punch Clock and Spray module to access this feature.

You will also need to have Employees, Pay Schedules and optionally Work Crews, and Equipment set up.

  Instructions

  1. You will want to have a Spray Event already made.

  2. Head to Punch Clock

     

    1. Press on the Punch In

       

    2. Select the Employee(s) that will be working in the Event

       

    3. Press Next in the bottom right

  3. You will be brought to the next step where you can follow this page's instructions on how to punch in employees https://croptracker.atlassian.net/l/cp/acZWHh4q.

     

    1. You will then want to press where it says Event.

       

    2. You will be brought to a list of events from there you select the Spray event you made.

    3. Afterwards, you will press where it says Punch In and the work log is now attached to your Spray Event and you will be able to run reports on the website.
