This document will go over how to filter and run the Processing Detail Report.
This report displays how received inventory is sorted within the processing module in terms of weight, harvest class, and HQV harvest class sizes.
To run this report, you need the Receiving and Packing module(s). Optionally it will show data from the Harvest Quality Vision module.

Step-by-step Instructions

 

1. Login to your Croptracker account through your browser.

2. From the Dashboard, select the Reports page.

 

3. On the Reports page, select ‘Processing Detail Report

4. Filter the report as needed and hit Apply. See screenshot and filter explanations below:

Report Filters:

  • Date Range: Filters the report for a given date range. Transactions with HQV scan data linked within the date range will appear.

  • Harvest Classes: Will show only the selected harvest classes as columns, otherwise if left empty will show all harvest classes.

  • Pack Lot: Will filter the report by the provided pack lot number.


5. The report will generate given selected filters and can be exported using the export button in the table. See screenshots and report column breakdown below:

Report Columns:

  • Week: the week of the year the inventory was processed

  • Received Date: The date the inventory was received

  • Process Date: The date the inventory was processed

  • Farm: The Farm the inventory belongs to

  • Block: The Block this inventory belongs to

  • Weighbridge Ref: The Weighbridge reference number from the receiving event

  • Bins Received: The number of bins received and processed (in the Processing Output column)

  • Weight Received (kg): The weight of the received bins in kg

  • {Harvest Class}: count: The number of bins grouped harvest class

  • {HQV Size Class}: The number of scanned fruit within the lot

  • {Harvest Class} Bins (kg): The weight of the bins grouped by harvest class

  • Total Weight {Harvest Class} (%): The percentage of the total received weight by harvest class
